There was no pressure from Stephen Morgan, he actually listened to what I needed/wanted, answered all my questions honestly, and helped me find the right vehicle. The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield was great because I had just had a car accident and needed another car as mine was a right off and because of injuries I couldn't get to the dealership, Rebecca was very helpful once I had found out which car I wanted from the internet and did me a video of the car inside and out and answered all my questions and got the car delivered to me, I was most grateful and she took all the stress and hassle out of the whole process, I am delighted with the car and the service I received.
